OneHome Property Fit

OneHome Property Fit

PropertyFit is available to clients once they've registered an account on their OneHome site.

To begin, a client can either complete their PropertyFit questionnaire immediately upon completing their registration or, if they're not ready it can be deferred until later.  If the client defers (or wants to later change their preferences) a PropertyFit Preferences link can be found by clicking their initials in the upper right corner of the OneHome website.

The PropertyFit feature consists of around six questions the client will answer indicating their preferences (newer or older house, large or small yard, et cetera).  Once a client finishes their questionnaire, homes will begin to show in their OneHome site with an indicator showing how high a % match each property is in line with their preferences.  In the picture below, this house is a 61% match (shown next to the lower right corner of the listing photo)

As an agent, you can use a client's PropertyFit score to more quickly zero-in on listings your client might like.   After performing a search in matrix, click to the ReFine bar at the bottom of the grid and use the "View As" drop-down list to see a new column showing the % match.  Sort this column by clicking on the column header and voila, you can immediately see properties your client might like best!
