To access the details of a property, click the MLS # link on the grid for the property you want to view. The Default view is the Agent Full Report. At the top of the report are eight tabs for easy viewing of specific information. The default Listing tab will contain the agent report data.
Icons
Icons under the picture are links that take you to various sites with additional information about this listing.
Clicking on the Tax tab at the top will display information pulled from Realist, Corelogic's public records system.
Clicking on the Photos tab at the top of the report will open the gallery view with the individual wording shown under each picture. If there are no photos uploaded to the listing, this tab will be grayed out.
If there are no open houses or caravans for the property this tab will be gray, otherwise clicking this tab will give information on the date and time of upcoming Open House or Caravan events at the property.
The history tab will show the newest history on the current listing followed by the next most recent listing and so on, as available, for the property. Within each listing, the newest change will be at the top and the oldest at the bottom.
Provided the listing data has been entered to reflect a correct link to the tax data, the Parcel Map tab shows a smaller satellite view and a larger map view by default for the property. If the Parcel Map tab is grayed out then the data cannot be found as entered on the listing in the property tax data. Both windows allow for the changing from a map style to a satellite view as well as panning and zooming in and out in the display. The small crosshair button will re-center on the property if the view has been changed. The larger display will also allow for layers to be shown (such as flood zones).
Flood Map
The Flood Map tab displays the current FEMA flood zone overlay onto the nearby map. The property is highlighted in a purple color for convenience. To remove this highlight, click anywhere on the map outside of the property itself. The map can be panned and zoomed to your liking.
Note that the legend used to understand the coloring on the map appears at the bottom of the map itself.
Foreclosure Tab
If the property is either currently in foreclosure or has recently been in foreclosure, this tab will show details of the event. If the tab is grayed out it simply means there is no current or recent foreclosure activity.
