OneHome Notification Settings

You can set yourself up to receive notifications when a client performs certain actions in their OneHome portal.

  1. Access your settings by logging in to Matrix and clicking the Hello message in the upper right corner then selecting Settings.

  2. From the Settings Page, click on Portal Notifications.

  3. Place a check mark in the boxes. Click Save when done.
  4. If Text is chosen for any of the notification methods, cellular information must be added. Click the link Click here to edit your cellular information.


    The Text Notifications section becomes active.

  5. Enter a mobile number in the Mobile Phone Number field.
  6. Click Send me verification code.


  7. When you receive your code, type it in the Enter Code field.
  8. Click Save my cellular data.
