Viewing OneHome Activity

From the Agent Dashboard, you can use the Recent OneHome Visitors widget.


There are three icons on the widget.

The heart icon takes you to a grid view of the properties the client has marked as a Favorite.


If a note has been included, click the Note icon. The screen expands opening the note.


The client’s note is on the left. There is a space for you to respond to the note on the right. Enter your note and click Add Note.

When your client accesses the portal again, a new Note Notification appears.


 

Contact Details

The full history of a client's OneHome activity can be referenced from the Contact Details page.

  1. Access your Contacts list from the My Matrix tab.
  2. Click the name of the desired contact from your list.  Their Details page will open.
  3. From the Essentials Review section of the page, you can click the appropriate icon to be brought to the list of the Contact's Favorites, Discards, or Notes respectively.
  4. The Recent Activity section contains an itemized list of the contact's recent activity which can be clicked to reference the specific action.

 

Client Searches

All clients can run searches in their OneHome portal.  Clients who choose to register an account can save their searches.  Saved searches created by the client can be viewed in Matrix on the OneHome Searches tab of the Contact Details page.
