OneHome Introduction

OneHome in Matrix provides you with a private website for clients that will help improve client collaboration. OneHome lets you personally brand the information delivered to each individual buyer or seller.

It also serves as a powerful communication tool by allowing clients to categorize listings according to their level of interest, as well as log conversation notes between you and them including allowing the client to indicate preferred dates and times for scheduling a showing. Your clients can further customize their OneHome experience by creating and saving searches of their own as well as indicating their tastes in property using the PropertyFit function. Matrix also provides you with detailed client activity and usage statistics.

Things to Know About OneHome:

• When you send direct emails or auto emails of listings they automatically go into OneHome
• Clients can create and save their own searches.
• It is a communication tool that connects you with your client whenever additional property information is required.
• Matrix’s Hit Counter functionality lets you easily track listing activity and client interest.
• Because OneHome is dynamic your client will always be viewing live, up-to-the-minute data. So, whether there has been a change in Listing Price, or perhaps an updated public remark, your client will see it all in real-time.
