Accessing A Client's OneHome

If you would like to see a client's OneHome portal there are two ways to accomplish this.

 

If you have an Auto-Email search associated to the client

1. Hover over My Matrix, and then click Contacts. A listing of your contacts opens.

2. Click the Contact’s name. At the top of the contact details screen, click the Auto Email tab.

 

3. Click the name of an Auto Email search and from the row of icons directly below the name of the search, click Open in OneHome.  The OneHome portal will open.

 

If you have only sent individual properties from results of a search

1. Hover over My Matrix and click Sent Email.

2. From the list of emails, find an email to the client whose OneHome portal you want to open and click on the arrow to the left of that record.  Details will be shown.

3. Click on Open in OneHome to view the client's OneHome portal.

 

 

Client Access

Once you have sent properties or reports to your client, they receive an email notifying them of the new content as shown in the example below:

When your client clicks the link, OneHome opens:


The view can be changed by clicking the arrow next to the icons in the upper right corner and making another choice.

Or you may click on the property address to view the listing details.
