Working with Widgets (Classic view)
Widgets are panels on the Matrix home page that provide quick access to useful information and Matrix functions.
- Reposition a widget by clicking and dragging the widget header.
- Close widgets by hovering over the widget header and clicking the close icon.
- Closed widgets are placed in the Additional widget and can be removed by clicking and dragging the closed widget out of the additional widget.
The News & Alerts Widget
The News & Alerts Widget shows important information about FMLS Support, Events, and Updates. Locked into place, you cannot remove from the dashboard nor move it to another location.
Enables you to perform searches quickly from the Agent Dashboard. You can search by FMLS#, Address and/or Subdivision. Wildcards can be used for comprehensive results.
Hot Sheets Widget
The Hot Sheet Widget displays information on listings that are new to the database or have changed in status or price since the time selected.
Click Customize to select and save the change types (e.g. Price Reductions) for a specific location or type of property. Click on the "Property Type" (e.g. Residential) to view the results.
The Recent OneHome Visitors Widget shows you when a client uses OneHome to mark a property as a Favorite or Reject, or makes a note about a property. Click on the contact name to view the contact details page under My Matrix. Click either the heart or note icon to view the item.
Quickly access the searches you have saved as Favorites.
The Market Watch Widget
Choose a property type from the drop-down menu, and then click Customize to choose, select, and save your criteria. Select a time range in the shortcut panel and then click the change type (e.g. New Listing) to view the listings matching your criteria.
Easily access your listings by status and property type by clicking on the item.
Click on the link to view items currently saved in a cart.
Access Statistical information for areas around your properties.
Recent Use Contacts
Shows the last few Contacts you have used in Matrix. Click on the contact’s name to view more details.
One-click access to popular FMLS software and other useful links without having to leave Matrix.
Additional
When you close (X) a widget it appears here. Open previously closed widgets by using click and drag to restore back to dashboard.
