View Email History
Matrix keeps track of all emails you send through the system for 90 days. You can view your email history two separate ways: Sent Email link or Contacts link both located under My Matrix.
Sent Email
1. To view your email history, click on the My Matrix tab and then the Sent Email link.
2. To view the details or to view in the Portal, click the drop down arrow.
Contacts Link
1. To view your email history for a specific client, click on the My Matrix tab and then the Contacts link.
2. Click the name of the desired contact from the list.
3. Select the Sent Emails tab.
