Working With Auto Emails (New View)

The new layout of the Auto Email screen in the My Matrix menu has been made more mobile friendly while still giving you complete control over the searches automatically sending emails from the system.

Similar to the new layout of the Saved Searches screen:

  • Multiple searches can be selected using the checkboxes to the left of the search names
  • Searches can be sorted by Subject, Contact Name, and Last Viewed
  • Searches can also be found using the "Search by Contact Name or Subject" box just above and to the right of the list of searches and the number of searches per page can be set at the bottom left of the screen

The BCC column will quickly notify you whether you've included anyone as a BCC recipient.  The schedule column lets you know the frequency notifications will be sent provided there are matches found at that frequency, and the Concierge column will display the number of matches currently waiting for your approval if the search is set up in Concierge mode.

Tapping the down arrow at the right edge of a search's row expands the options and allows for managing your search.

  • The Settings button just below the name of the search will allow for the editing of the contacts associated with the search, cc and bcc settings for the emails, subject and message body of the emails, frequency of the notifications, enabling or disabling the search as well as concierge mode
  • The Criteria button will allow for editing of the client's parameters of the search: price point, location, et cetera
  • Results will display the current listings matching the search criteria
  • Date Since will show the results since the last time the search was run
  • Market Update allows you to see updates to the search results from a specified date range

Expanding the Sent Email section will allow for the browsing of communications sent to the client from this search.

Below the Sent Email line is the ability to either Delete or Disable the search.  Deleting the search will remove the search from the system as well as the history and any matches to the client's OneHome website that haven't been saved as a favorite or a dislike.  In contrast, disabling the search will maintain the history and search criteria along with properties in the client's OneHome website that have been saved as a favorite or a dislike.  Think of using the disable feature like putting a pause on the search - it will stop notifications from the system and you can always come back and re-enable it without losing the work you've done unto that point.  A deleted search would need to be completely recreated.
