Working With Results

Working With Results

As you add criteria to your search bar at the top of the screen results will start to populate in the main area below.  To begin working with results, you might first want to maximize your viewing space.  Don't forget to use both the slider bar icon and/or the map icon to hide those displays on your screen if they're no longer needed.  With both the advanced search options and map hidden, your screen might look something like this:

Notice that on your gallery view in the upper right corner you can sort your results by Price, DOM, Status, Square Footage, or Recently Updated.  To the right of that choice you can decide whether you want to view results as a gallery or in a grid style.  A sample of the gallery view can be seen in the picture above while the shot below displays the grid view:

In the line item view, clicking on a line will open the property record.  If you're in the grid view, clicking the photo of the property will open the report.

Selecting Listings

In the gallery view you can select properties by checking the box in the upper right corner of the photo which appears when you hover your mouse over the selected property.  In the grid view, select properties by checking the box to the left of each line.

To start working with properties, look for this icon next to the result total at the top of the results:

With one property selected, the following options are available:

Choosing Print Listing will follow up with a page asking if you'd like to print the Agent View or the Client View.  It will then display the report and automatically prompt the printer. Make Property Report
and Make Flyer will export the property to the CloudCMA system and start the creation process for those reports.
Make Cloud Stream will load CloudStreams and treat it as a Valet style search to send to your client.

If multiple properties are selected, the following options are available:

Choosing Print Listing will follow up with a page asking if you'd like to print the Agent View or the Client View.  It will then display the report and automatically prompt the printer.
Make Cloud CMA will export the selected properties to CloudCMA as comps.
Make Buyer Tour  will start the Buyer Tour tab in Cloud CMA for creation of a buyer tour.
