Creating A Stream From A Search

Once results have been returned from a search you can turn those results into a stream to send to a client.

To begin, you can either:

select a property (or multiple properties) to send only those specific listings as a Stream to your client.
-or-
perform the search and leave all properties unchecked to send all matches as a stream.

 

With a choice made, click the icon to the right of the results and choose Make Cloud Stream:

A Cloud Streams window will open and start the Valet style Stream creation wizard.

Step 1:

Give the Stream a name in the first line.
Enter the email address for the client on the second line.
The third line is where you can determine the frequency of emails.

Frequency options include:
Realtime - This will send the client emails on individual properties, potentially sending many emails per day.
Daily - One email per day at 3pm
Weekly - One email per week, Friday at 3pm
Monthly - One email per month, last day at 3pm

When ready, click the blue Next button at the bottom of this small window.

Step 2:

On step 2 you'll be able to review the settings of the stream.  When ready, click the Send button and your client will receive an email inviting them to view the listings.
