Property Reports provide detailed information about a property such as the listing details, photos, neighborhood information, neighborhood school information, nearby restaurants, and area photos.
To create a Property Report:
1. Access Cloud CMA.
2. Click the Property Report tab.
3. Click Create New Property Report. The Create Property report screen opens.
4. Type the Client’s name for whom you are creating the report.
5. Add any private notes.
6. Enter the FMLS number or numbers. The listing(s) has to be in the FMLS database.
7. Click Fetch Listings. The Organize Listings screen opens.
8. If you have more than one listing, you can rearrange the order using click and drag.
9. Click the Details link. You can change the Description field, by editing directly in the box.
10. When done, click Update.
11. Click Customize Report.
12. Add or subtract pages just like you do in a CMA.
13. Click Layout to change how the report looks.
Hint: If you have only one property, consider removing the Title page.
14. When you are done, click Publish Report. The Publish Property Report screen appears.
15. Click View PDF. The Property report comes up in pdf format.
