Creating Flyers

Flyers are a great way to get your listing out in front of potential clients. Follow these easy steps!

 

1. Click Cloud CMA from the External Links widget. The Cloud CMA home page opens.

2. Click the Flyer tab. The Create Flyers screen opens.

3. Type a title for your flyer in the Client field. This name doesn’t show up in the report, it is just so you can identify it later. Most common title, the listing address.

4. Add any notes.

5. Enter the FMLS number or enter an address. The listing has to be in the FMLS database whether you are entering in an FMLS # or an address.

6. Click Fetch Listings. The Organize Listings screen opens.

7. Click the Details link. You can change the Description field, by editing directly in box. When done, click Update.

8. Click Customize Flyer. The Customize Flyer screen opens. You may be prompted to use the new Modern Theme

9. You may make changes to the Theme, Layout, etc.

10. When you are done, click Publish Report.

11. Click View PDF or send to your client.

12. The Flyer comes up in pdf format. Use the pdf menu options to print.
