Communicating In A Stream

Communicating In A Stream

Both you and your client will have two opportunities to begin a conversation regarding a specific property.  While viewing search results in the grid, under each photo will be a word bubble (next to the heart you can use to indicate a favorite property).

Or, while viewing the details of a particular listing there will be a "Add a Comment" section to begin or continue the conversation.

When your client makes a comment, you'll receive an email:

The email will show you who made the comment, the property they made the comment on and what exactly the comment was.  In the above picture Doug commented on 310 Chanson way "I'd love to try and see this home tomorrow!".  You can reply DIRECTLY via email by typing your response at the TOP of the email.  You can view the comment on the details page by clicking the "view this comment.." link and you can also get to the listing information by clicking on the property address.
