Disable Auto Email

You can change the status of Auto Email from Enabled to Disabled and vice versa as needed.

1. Click on My Matrix.

2. Click Auto Emails.

Find the email you want to disable.

4. Click the small arrow to right of email name.

5. Click Settings. The email settings screen opens.  Status is set to "Running."

6. Scroll down to the Settings section.

7. To disable the Concierge mode, uncheck the Enable Concierge Mode check box.

8. To disable regular auto emails, click the Disabled radio button.

9. Click Save. This stops the auto email from generating emails to your client, but doesn’t delete the auto email. It can be reactivated later if needed

1. Click on My Matrix.

2. Click Auto Emails.

3. Find the email you want to disable.

4. Click the small arrow to right of email name.

5. Click the Delete Auto Email link.
