Sending a Direct (one time) Email

You can select listings and email them directly from Matrix.

1. Select the listings that you would like to email from your Search Results page. Click the check box next to each listing to make your selections. Note: The Email button will be “greyed out” until you select at least one listing.

2. Once you have made your selections, click on Email button to go to the Email page.

3. Use the table below to complete the screen.

4. When you are done, click Preview to view how your listings will look to your client or Send.
