Creating Shareable OneHome Links
When sharing Matrix listings with your clients, you may want to share a direct link to a listing or a group of listings without having to use the Direct Email feature. Use the following method to create a universally accessible, non-expiring OneHome link for your clients:
- After performing a search for listings in Matrix, go to the Results screen to view the listings that match your criteria. From this page, place a checkmark in the boxes next to any listings you want to share.
- After checking the boxes, navigate to the bottom of the Results grid. Click the Share Link button
- A pop-up window will appear. If you want to assign a name to the group of listings (such as “Listings in Brookhaven”), type that name into the Listing Set Name field. After entering a Listing Set Name, click the Generate Link button.
- The pop-up window will refresh, displaying a Link URL field. This field displays the OneHome link that your clients will use to access the listings you checked in Step 1. To easily copy this link to your device’s clipboard, click the Copy URL button.
- The link that you copied can now be pasted into a new text message, email, social media post, etc. People who use this link will be taken to the OneHome portal to view the listings you shared, even if you have not added them as a contact in Matrix.
