What happens if I or my client don't like the properties chosen in the report?
We know agents want to always be in control of what goes to their client, with very good reason! But remember one purpose of the HomeBeat report is to automate the process, as stated above this is a live report so when a new property comes on the market that looks MORE like the client's home, it will insert into the report. Clients can remove and/or filter properties in the report. If the client has questions or wants to update information about their home, don't forget that all links in the report will lead them straight back to your door.
Creating a Homebeat
1. From CloudCMA, click on the Homebeat Link. Homebeat opens.
2. Click Add. The Add New Homebeat screen opens.
3. Complete your client’s information for their current residence.
4. Click Show Preview. The Homebeat your client will receive appears.
If you are satisfied with it, click Send Now. A confirmation window appears letting you it was successfully sent. Click Done.
