When editing a Smart Form, there are three ways to insert clauses:

Creating your Own Clause
If you would like to create your own clause, you may also type it in the box.
Click the Check icon to save.
In the clause section, there is a toolbar in the upper right, once entered clauses can be modified rearranged or deleted.
Edit | Double click on the clause, you can now type directly on the clause to make changes to the text. |
Action Clause | If a clause on a form is fulfilled, for example, one can click 'action clause' and pick a notice of fulfillment form out of the library to add it to the transaction. (not commonly used) |
Save | Save your Clause for future use. |
Delete | Remove the clause from your form. This option will only be available before any signatures/initials have been applied. |
Reorder | Use the arrows on the right side to move the clauses, rearranging the order in which they appear. |
