Adding Forms to your Folder

The Add Forms window contains the GAR Forms and the RE Forms that are already loaded in the system.

Note: You may have to enter their NRDS ID or FPID again in this system to verify that you have access to GAR Forms.

 

Selecting Forms

  1. Select the Filing Cabinet of the forms you want you use or you may use the search bar to search for the form either by name, keyword, or number.

 

  1. Check the box next to the name of the form and it appears in the My Selections section below.

 

  1. Additional forms may be selected the same way.
  2. If you want to preview the form to verify it is the correct one, click the eye icon in the My Selections box.



A preview window opens. Click Back to Close.



Uploading Forms from your Computer

If you have a file on your computer that you would like to upload into the transaction folder, you can accomplish that using the steps below.

1. Click the Upload button at the top of the screen.


2. Locate and select the file(s) from your computer. The File Upload dialog window opens.

3. Click Continue


4. The file has been added to the My Selections section.

5. When you are finished adding forms and files, click Next. You will see your selections added into the transaction folder.
