Once you have loaded your forms into your transaction folder there are several things you can do with these forms. Check a form in your transaction folder and a set of icons appears in the right-hand corner.
The table below explains the icon functions.
| Use this icon when you want to submit one or more documents to be reviewed by your admin or broker. |
Use this icon to rename a document to more clearly identify the document. This is useful if the document you uploaded has a generic name such as “survey” or “Fax 12345” | |
| Use this icon to make a copy of your form. |
Use this icon to move your document to another folder or to create a new folder that will contain this document. | |
Use this icon to delete an unwanted form or document in your transaction folder. | |
Use this icon to download a form or document to your computer. | |
Print the selected items. | |
Use this icon if you want to have this form signed in person. | |
Use this icon if you want to have this form signed via an email invite. | |
Use this icon to load a form or document to the FMLS listing. By setting the visibility (Private, Shared, Public) you are only making the current version of your file available. | |
Use this icon to view details and activity concerning this form. You see things such as date created, edited, status, and people associated. |
