Working with Folders

You can do various options with your Folders – rename, copy, move position, download, to name a few. Highlight the folder you want to modify. In the upper right-hand corner of the My Transactions screen, you will see the folder action buttons are:


The table below describes these functions.

Rename

Change the name of a selected folder.

Edit MLS#

Edit the associated FMLS listing number to download data into your transaction from a listing.

Copy

Creates a clone of the selected folder.

 

Move

Move the selected folder to a different location.

Delete

Deletes the selected folder and all contents within it.

Download

Downloads the selected folder/forms to your computer.

Send

Allows you to send the selected folder's forms to recipients for viewing or esigning.
