Viewing Recent Searches

Matrix saves your last 50 recent searches or 7 days back, whichever limit it hits first. To access, click the drop down arrow next to Recent Searches on the Agent Dashboard

The screen capture above is of the "Classic" View and may not exactly match what you see.  The sections and layout of the Agent Dashboard remain the same.

 To view all recent searches, click the View All link at the bottom of the list.

To view the search results, click any of the searches and the grid screen opens.
