The Client Experience

The Client Experience

When you invite a client to start using Cloud Streams they will receive an email with the subject, "Property listings from" your name.  Opening the email, it will look like this:

Below the Invitation Bar will appear some sample properties from the listings you may have chosen for the client.  When they click the Accept Invitation button you will be notified of the acceptance and the CloudStreams site will pull up for the client and prompt them to create an account:

Once the details have been provided and they click Continue the CloudStreams site will appear.

They will see the results of your search presented as a grid:

Clicking the photo of the property will open the buyer details page.

Under each property the client will be able to:

  • Click the heart to mark it as a favorite
  • Hide the property by clicking the eyeball with a slash through it
  • Click the word bubble to start a conversation with you
  • Click the box with an arrow pointing up to copy a link or directly email someone the details of this property
    • The client may alter how they’re notified of updates to their stream by clicking the Alerts button to the right of the stream name then setting their preferences for email and text (SMS) alerts
