Buyer Tour as a Slideshow

Any Buyer Tour created through Cloud CMA can be run as a tablet or laptop presentation. Presenting the Buyer Tour on the tablet or laptop is a complement to your discussion with your client and can be used to give a preview of the properties you will be touring.

1. Log in Matrix on your tablet.

2. Access Cloud CMA.

3. From the Buyer Tour, locate the Buyer tour you want to view and click View Slideshow.


The Buyer Tour launches.


4. Scroll through the presentation as you discuss with your client. The bottom right corner tells you if you can scroll up, down, forward or back.

5. The main picture of the property has a place for client to indicate if it is one they like (heart icon) or to add any comments (comments icon).

 

6. Scroll through the report, you will see the likes and comments under each property.

Once your client has completed the Buyer Tour, a screen appears where the clients can view/receive a PDF or slideshow of the tour.
