Submitting Your Listing

Submitting Your Listing

When creating a new listing it can be submitted as an Active or Incomplete Listing.

Click Submit Property in the button below the entry form to submit the listing to an Active status. An Active listing must comply with all input rules. After being submitted, the listing is available for viewing in the system.

Click Save as Incomplete if you want to save progress but not yet publish the listing.  An Incomplete listing will get a FMLS Number but you do not need to fill out all the fields. Incomplete listings are not yet viewable to other agents or the public. You can add photos to incomplete listings. Reports can be generated for incomplete listings as well.  When the status is changed from Incomplete to Active, the listing is viewable in Matrix. An Active listing can only be submitted if all required fields are complete and it passes all input business rules.

NOTE: Incomplete listings will only be retained for up to 90 days.  At the end of 90 days if the listing has not been published it will be deleted.
