Entering a Registered Listing

To add your listing into the Registered status in Matrix, follow these steps.

Click the Add/Edit tab from the Agent Dashboard.


Select the link to Add New Listing. Add New Property window opens.


 

Click on Register Listing Contract. The Add Property screen opens.


 

At the top of the screen are three choices for entering data. They are explained below:


 

Select your desired entry method. The Registered Listing screen opens. Read the requirements for a Registered Listing and agree to the terms. Agreement is required to proceed.


 

Fill in the required fields (shown in yellow) and any other pertinent fields.

Click on the Listing Information tab at the top of the screen.


 

 The Listing Information screen opens.


 

Enter the required information.

NOTE: You must have a Listing Contract Date, Expiration Date, and Market Date.

 

Click on the Agent/Office tab. The Agent Information screen opens.


Enter the required information. When complete, click on Save as Incomplete.


Your Registered listing will be assigned a Listing ID #.
