Adding Listing Information

Adding Listing Information

Tips:

  • Use the Listing Input Form with your client as they fill out the Seller’s Disclosure. This will help you enter the listing.
  • Do not enter commas when entering numeric information into fields such as price. $150,000 should be entered as 150000.
  • Click the Tab key on your keyboard to quickly move from field to field.
  • You can enter data faster by “smart keying” (type in first few letters or numbers – Ex. ACT and have the rest of the word/data for that field completed for you).
  • Click each tab to move through the screens entering all the information needed.
  • Pull listing information using Realist to get the square footage and other financial details.

To Add a New Listing, follow these steps:

1. Click the Add/Edit tab from the Agent Dashboard.

2. Select the link to Add New Listing. The select Property Type window opens.

3. Click on the appropriate Property Type link to begin the entry process.

2. Review the information presented. Make corrections and updates as needed.

3. Required Fields are marked with a red asterisk

4. Continue entering listing information using the steps under Entering Listing Details.

Searching for a Listing to Copy Option

1. You can type basic information in the search section and click Search to locate the existing property to copy.

3. Find the correct previous listing from your search results and click on the Fill link to copy the fields into your listing.

4. The listing input wizard opens with the information filled in from the listing.

5. Review the information presented. Make corrections and updates as needed.

If you are doing a Coming Soon Listing, CLICK HERE to review the process/instructions beginning on page 5 if needed.

If the map is blank click the Update Map link.  Move the indicator to the exact location.
