Reactivating an Expired Listing
As long as the listing is 30 days or less expired, in Matrix go to
1.) Add/Edit
2.) Enter the FMLS # in the Quick Modify box and press Edit
3.) Select Change Back to Active
4.) Enter the new expiration date
5.) Submit Property
