Cancelling A Signing Session And E-Sign History

You can now cancel a signing session in case things change or you no longer want your client to sign a particular document. All parties will receive an email notification letting them know the session was canceled. It will also show in the e-sign history as a canceled session. 



 E-sign Sent History in Transactions  

You may see within your transaction folder a list of all sent signing sessions on a particular transaction. This helps you clarify which documents have already been sent. Navigate to this section by clicking into a transaction and clicking the “E-sign” tab.  

 

 

Sent Documents Statuses

The status of signing is based on the actions the signers take. 

  • In Progress- A signing session has been sent but not completed
  • Cancelled- A signing session was cancelled by the agent
  • Complete- All parties have signed or denied the signing session
