Setting Preferences

The Settings Menu holds your “signing email” associated with your Remine account and serves as your filing cabinet for your Signature and Initials.  In this section, you will find the Document time zone that is associated with all-time stamps on transactions going forward.  Alerts and notifications settings can be changed here as well to inform you when a document has been opened. What you enter in your Profile will automatically populate in the forms you create in Remine Docs+ going forward.

Creating your Electronic Signature

  1. Click on Settings on the left navigation panel.

The My Information screen opens with the My Information section

  1. Verify your GAR FPID/NRDS ID. If blank, you may enter it or even look it up from this screen by selecting the "Lookup NRDS#" link.

  2. Enter your Realtor Membership so that it can later be auto populated into the respective fields in Smart Forms.

  3. Edit the time zone by selecting Edit link next to Document Timezone.

Note: The Document Timezone dictates which time zone will be associated with all the timestamps on transactions created going forward.  Changes here will not change time zones on time stamps previously created. EX: If the property is in Central Time, Document Timezone is updated to show Central Time for that property’s transactions.

  1. Create your Signature and Initials to e-sign documents by clicking on Edit link next to Signature & Initials. You can choose to either draw your signature or type your signature.

  2. After either drawing or typing your signature, read and check the Remine’s Compliance & E-signing Overview so that the Create button appears, allowing you to save your signature.

  3. Click Create. Your new signature will only be used for transactions performed after the signature update.
