Running a CMA in Presentation Mode

Any CMA created through Cloud CMA can be run as a tablet or laptop presentation. Presenting the CMA on the tablet or laptop is a complement to your full CMA report, not a replacement.

1. Log in Matrix on your tablet.

2. Access Cloud CMA from the External Links widget.

3. From the CMA, click Play Slideshow.


4. Scroll through the presentation as you discuss with your client. The bottom right corner tells you if you can scroll up, down, forward or back.  For example, the screen below indicates you can move forward, back or down.


Additional pages you have added do not appear in the presentation; it designed to show the comps since comps are the best indicator of what a home is worth.

The Map screen is interactive. Tap on an icon on the map and it jumps to the property.


At the end of the presentation, there is a link that will bring up a pdf of the CMA.
