In Transaction Desk, click on the user profile button in the upper right corner. From the menu that appears, click Settings.
On the next screen, click Preferences at the top of the list of options:
On the preferences menu, expand the GAR Forms License section by clicking on it. Select Update GAR Forms License:
A popup will appear where you can enter either your NRDS ID (if you are a Realtor) or your FORMSID (if you are not a Realtor and purchased the forms directly from the GAR website). Click Submit to the right of the field you entered.

If you are a Realtor but don't know your NRDS ID, contact your local association or NAR as shown on the popup.
If you are not a Realtor and need to purchase the forms, click the GARealtor link shown on the popup.
Once you click Submit, a license agreement will show. When you are ready, scroll down and click "I accept these terms" at the bottom of the window.

The License will be dated 2021 as this was the last time the agreement was updated. Do not worry, you will gain access to the correct/current year's forms.
