Saving a Search

Saving a Search

With Matrix you can save searches for clients whose needs are so specific that you are unlikely to find property matches quickly. When the search has been saved, you can call it up again and again until you find just the right home for your buyer. You can also save searches to make your job easier in other areas such as farming.

To save a search:

1. Build the search using the criteria of your choice.

2. Click Save on the button bar.

3. Click New Saved Search. The Save a New Search window opens.

4. In the Search name field, type a name for the search.  (Required)

5. If you want to associate this search with a specific contact, click the drop down arrow in the Contact Field. A list of contacts opens. (Optional)

6. Click the check box if you want to mark this search as a Favorite. It appears on the Agent Dashboard in the Favorite searches widget. (optional)

7. Click Save.
