Remine Dashboard

Remine Dashboard

The first page you will see is the Daily dashboard. The Daily dashboard is the landing page of Remine, and the spot where you can view crucial metrics about properties in your cart, property notifications, saved searches, listings, and more.

At left, a navigation bar is shown. It includes:

Daily

The Daily dashboard is the Remine landing page, where you'll see crucial metrics at a glance. You can customize your dashboard with various integrations and interactive cards.

Search

The Search map is the map where you'll set up your farming areas and access detailed property information. On the Search map, you can use layers to narrow down the properties that you want to target, view property details, and create CMAs.

Saved Searches

Clicking Saved Searches will show a list of previously saved searches, useful for quickly returning to a previous area to continue farming or otherwise monitoring a desired portion of the real estate market.

Carts

Carts in Remine function like Carts in Matrix; they allow you to create a cart and put properties in that cart for future use. As information changes over time for carted properties, you will receive notifications on the Property Notifications card on the Daily Dashboard. You can store up to 500 properties across all carts.

Engage

The Engage page is your client dashboard, where you can keep track of your clients' activities, invite new clients to StepOne, and manage your leads.

Chat

The Chat page displays your chat history. You can use Chat to direct message any agent within your MLS.

Contacts

Contacts can be added to the Remine system not only for use in farming properties and tracking leads, but also for contract writing in the Docs+ portion of their software.

Marketing

The Marketing screen will speak to and guide you through launching ad campaigns via sites like Facebook or Waze or Instagram.  Note that this will more than likely incur additional costs from those platforms and is not included in the FMLS training or pervue.

Docs+

The link to the Docs+ (contracts) portion of the Remine Software.

Add / Edit

The link to the portion of the Remine software which allows the adding and editing of listings.

Alerts

The Alerts menu is the list of application updates. The primary alerts you'll see here are for your CSV downloads and uploads.

Support

The Support menu includes a link to this Support Center and the

Training Videos Center.

Your Name

Your name leads to the control center where you can access your saved searches and account/profile settings.

Collapse Menu

The Collapse Menu option minimizes the left bar to give you a larger workspace.

Weather

In the upper right corner, you can type your ZIP code to always have the latest weather forecast for your area. This is helpful to know before you go if it is a great day to take listing photos.

Integrations and cards

There are 7 default cards that display on the page but cards can be removed or added.

Click on Add New Card under Quick Actions to add a card. A display of available cards is shown.

Twitter

Displays the Twitter feed from a user of your choosing. To change the user, type a new Twitter Handle into the “Search Username” field. The Twitter feed of the last user that you search for will be retained in the card until it is changed.

Listing Updates

Shows new listings in a selected zip code within a customizable timeframe. (Click “All” for the option to change the Zip Code, and “30 Days” to change the timeframe.)

Engage

Shows a brief summary of statistics from your Engage page (described above)

My Listings

Displays your listings. You can use the drop-down menus in the card to view Your Office listings and sort by listing status.

Market Pulse

Shows a summary of listing statuses and price volume. The results can be narrowed to a specific zip code by clicking “All” and entering a new one. The timeframe can be customized between 24 hours to 30 days back.

Saved Searches

Contains metrics from your saved searches. The timeframe for how far back to analyze data can be toggled between the last month or All Time using the drop-down menu.

Property Notifications

Contains notifications about properties in your Carts

Delete a card by clicking the Gear icon in the upper right corner of the card you want to delete and then select Delete Card.

You can rearrange the cards by dragging and dropping them in the order you'd like.  To do this, click and hold your mouse button on the six small dots in the upper right corner of the card you'd like to move. (This is seen in the image above, just to the right of the gear icon.) Position the card where you'd like it to be and let go of your mouse button.

Some cards have selectable options.  For example, at the top of the Market Pulse card selections can be made for the zip code and time period.

In the image above, 'All' is showing for zip codes and '30 Days' is showing for time period.  In this example, you can click All to set your view to a specific zip code or back to All if you had previously selected a zip.  Clicking 30 Days will allow you to choose a different period of history to see.
