You can upload and add specific contacts into groups, export contacts into a .csv file and invite contacts to Remine.
On the left-hand navigation pane, click on Contacts. If you do not have any contacts yet you can begin by either clicking Add Contact and manually enter a client's information or you can click Upload Contacts and navigate to a file you previously exported from another source (like Outlook or Gmail perhaps).
Clicking Add Contact opens a window from the right side of the screen with fields for First and Last Name, email, phone number, address, et cetera. If the client has multiple addresses or phone numbers, click the + icon to the right of the field for additional entries. You may also add additional fields at the bottom of this window by clicking the + next to Add More Fields.
The Add Contact window also gives the ability to add a contact to a group. One example of how groups can be used is making a Buyer group or a Seller group thereby acting as a label.
As contacts are added, subsequent clients can be added by clicking the appropriate choice in the upper right corner of the screen.
Contact information can be edited by selecting the contact then choosing Edit at the far right of the screen.
Your grid of contacts can be managed in several ways. You can resize columns by clicking and dragging the delineator between column headers. If you have a large list of contacts you can filter them by clicking the funnel icon to the right of the column you want to search on. Columns can be added and removed from the view by clicking Manage Columns in the upper right corner.
Contacts can be further managed (including adding them to groups and deleting them) by selecting them using the checkbox to the left of their name then clicking in the desired action above the list.
