Property Panorama is a hands-free, completely customizable, fully branded, automated virtual tour brought to you at no charge by FMLS. Your listing is enhanced without affecting your bottom line.

A Property Panorama Virtual Tour is automatically created for you after you load your photographs.  It is important to note that the slide show will be created some time after midnight of the day you input the listing.

Unique Features

ACCESSING PROPERTY PANORAMA

Property Panorama has a Member’s Area where you can view your Property Panorama Tours, personalize your tours, and add additional pictures.

1.     In Matrix find the External Links widget (or use the Links tab at the top of the screen) and find Property Panorama.

2.     Clicking on Property Panorama launches with the My Tours page.

UPDATING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION, PHOTO AND LOGO

1.     Click on Account. The Account Personal Info screen opens:

2.       Enter your personal information. Click Save Changes.

3.       Click Profile Picture. The Upload Portrait window opens.

4.       Click Browse and locate the image file from your computer.

5.       Select the file you need.

6.       Click Save Changes. Your picture uploads and appears under Current Picture.

7.       Click on Company Logo. The Company Logo window opens.

8.       Click Browse and locate the image file from your computer.

9.       Select the file you need.

10.   Click Save Changes. Your logo uploads and appears under Current logo.

ADDING ADDITIONAL PICTURES TO A VIRTUAL TOUR

Even though Matrix allows 25 pictures per listing, the Property Panorama Virtual Tour allows you to add more pictures to your tour. Pictures added to Property Panorama Tour do not show in the FMLS listing.

1.     From the My Tours page, click Tour Manager next to the listing for which you want to add pictures.

The Modify Property Panorama Tour screen opens.

2.     In the Navigation Bar, click on Photos. The Manage Photos screen opens.

3.       Click on Upload Photos.  A disclaimer appears. Read and click Accept.
 

NOTE: You may be prompted to download an Add-on called Image Loader Control. The system will prompt you if this is needed to upload pictures.

4.       Navigate to the folder where pictures are stored.

5.       Click Add Photos. Select the Photo you want.  

6.       Click the checkbox next to Stitch these photos into panorama if you would like to combine the photos into a panorama view.

7.       When you are done, click Upload. The photo is appended to the end of the list of pictures.

8.       To rearrange the pictures, click the picture you want to move.

9.       Use the up and down arrow to reposition the photo.

CHANGING THE COLORS

You can change the colors used in your tour or set a theme for your tour.

1.     Click Look and Feel.

The design screen opens.

2.       Follow the directions in the left hand panel to change colors.

3.       To select a Theme, click on the Select a Theme drop down.

4.       Click Save.

5.       Click the X in upper right corner to close window and return to the Tour Manager screen.

CHANGING THE EFFECT

You can change the way the photos enter and exit the tour by selecting Effects.

1.     Click Effects.

The effects screen opens.

2.       Select the Effect you want from the drop downs.

3.       Click Update Tour to save.

CHANGING THE MUSIC

1.     From the Tour Manager page, click the Audio button.

The audio screen opens.

2.       Select the music you want from the drop down list of choices.

3.       Click the u to listen.

4.       If you want this music to be your default for all listings, select the check box next to make my default.

5.       Click Save.

SYNDICATION

One of the features of Property Panorama is that you have it publish videos of your property listings to You Tube, Facebook, or Twitter.  You may change these settings.

1.       Click Settings. The Syndication screen opens:

2.       Click the radio button for Yes or No next to each social media option.

3.       You may see a window that requires you to authorize Property Panorama to access your social media account.

4.       Click on Save Changes. You may exit by closing the window.

5.       Additional Syndication options are available under the Linking Page link

VIEWING STATISTICS

You can see stats on how many views your Tour has had by others.

1.       Click Statistics.

2.       Click Overall or By Listing.
