Enter a Listing from the Property Details screen

This option allows you to copy an existing listing from any property type. When you fill from an existing listing, everything copies over except for property photos and details such as list date, price and agent remarks.

You may use this option if you meet the following criteria:

  • Same Office Code
  • Same Property Type
  • Same Agent ID

 

  1. Search for your listing in Remine. View the Property Details.



  2. Click Create Listing. A dialog window opens for you to select from where you want to pull the information.

  1. You may select from a Previous listing. If you choose this, another dialog box opens, and you choose which previous listing.



  2. Select the listing and click Continue. The General information screen appears.
  3. If you choose from the Tax Record, click Continue the Create Listing window opens.



  4. For a Residential property use the Residential section outlined in blue. Single Family Residence is checked as the default.



  5. Open the Property drop down and choose your Property Sub-Type: Residential Attached or Residential Detached.



  6. Click Next. The Verify Address screen opens.
