From the Dashboard, click Create Listing. You begin in the General section where you enter characteristics such as Property Type, Sub-type, Attached or Detached, and address.
The first screen allows you to select an additional MLS. If you do not want to use an additional MLS, simply click Next to move to the next screen.
The Property Type box is shown. For a Residential property use the Residential section outlined in blue. Single Family Residence is checked as the default.
Open the Property drop down and choose your Property Sub-Type: Residential Attached or Residential Detached. If this is Registered Status Listing, you will need to select “Yes” for Registered Agreement as well as “Yes” to the message about it being a Registered Listing status to proceed.
Enter the address for you listing. As you enter the address Remine will look for and displays possible addresses. If this is correct, click on the address presented.
The Verify Address screen expands so you can make any additions necessary and to verify that the Map Pin is in the correct location. If not, simply drag the map pin to the correct location.
Scroll down to confirm that all required fields indicated by a red asterisk are completed. Example: You may have to enter the Search Area form the drop down list.
Click Next. The Confirm Listing Agents screen opens.
Enter a co-agent if applicable.
Enter the Listing Contract Date and the Expiration Date.
Click Next.
Anytime there is missing information, Remine indicates this with a red circle as shown in this example of the General Section below.
Just click on the red dot next and the screen opens. Scroll down if needed to view the missing information.
When you are done, click Confirm.
