Agent Dashboard
Designed to give you at-a-glance summaries of the important information and single click access to major program functions, the Agent Dashboard or home page is comprised of Navigation Tabs at the top of the page and Widgets below the green bar containing the Speed Bar Search.
The screen capture above is of the "Classic" View and may not exactly match what you see. The sections and layout of the Agent Dashboard remain the same.
Navigational Links
The navigation links at the top of the Matrix home page enable you to move from section to section within Matrix.
| My Matrix | Use the My Matrix menu to view Contacts, Auto Emails, Concierge, Saved Searches, access Sent Emails, Create or Update CMAs, and view Carts. In addition, you can manage your listings and update your account settings. |
| Search | Use the search menu to search for listings by property type. Through property type searches you can indicate desired features and characteristics as well as search by map. |
| Stats | Use this menu to analyze market trends and activity based on property type. You can create statistical charts and graphs and export statistical data. System pre-sets allow you to quickly generate standard charts and graphs or customize them with your own parameters to create a higher-level view of the market. |
| Public Records | Use this menu to search tax data provided by Realist. |
| Docs | Use this menu to access Remine Docs, FMLS's tool for accessing client-side contracts including eSign capability. |
| Links | Use this menu to quickly access the links to other products and third party applications such as Down Payment Resource or Check GREC Credits. |
| Finance | The Finance menu contains various home and personal financing tools as well as a Seller's Estimated Net Proceeds and Buyer's Closing Costs calculator. |
| Add/Edit | Access the Add and Edit listing functionality for all property categories. |
| Data Partners | Use this menu to access listing data from other Multiple Listing Services we've partnered with across North and Central America! |
