Once a report is generated it will be shown on screen.
To navigate through the report, you can either scroll down organically and browse each section or use the menu on the left to quickly skip to a specific section of details.
Note that depending on the type of report you chose (Snapshot, Buyer, or Seller) the icons in the menu on the left may be grayed out. This means that there was a further upgraded report which has that data, but not the level you're currently viewing. If, after viewing the report, you want to upgrade, there's an Upgrade button toward the top of the report just to the right of the property address.
Each section of the shown report may have a button in the upper right allowing you to add notes to the section or Manage photos (including the ability to upload your own into the report).
RealReports includes an ai chatbot named Aiden who can help research more information should questions arise while viewing the report. Should you decide to interact with Aiden, a disclaimer will be shown letting you know the limitations and intention behind Aiden's design. Aiden will do its best to answer, but it will not guess or make up information if it doesn't know.
Data Currency
When a report is generated, RealReports reaches out to over 80 sources of information. On the report, you can see at the top, just to the right of the property address, what kind of report this is (Snapshot, Buyer, or Seller) and when the report was created. RealReports will always search for the freshest information when the report is pulled, it does not store data in its own databases that may become out of sync with the sources it checks.
