Resend a signing if a participant(s) cannot find or did not receive the signing invitation. When resending a signing, the signing is only re-sent to participants that have not yet completed the signing.
If you need to resend a signing to a participant that has completed the signing, you must reset the signing or create a new signing.
Note:
You must wait 5 minutes between resendings.
This article assumes the signing you need to resend was created in New Authentisign.
Before you Begin
You must have a signing in the SENT status with one signer-type participant associated with it that has not yet signed.
Steps
Navigate to Signings. The Signings page opens.
Locate the signing you need to reset.
Use the more options dropdown to select Resent Invitations. The signing is re-sent to all participants that have not yet completed the signing.
