Profile and Account Settings

Profile and Account Settings

Profile and Account settings can be managed by clicking on your name at the bottom of the navigation panel on the left side of the Remine dashboard. From the menu that appears click Settings.

UPDATING YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION

At the top of the Settings page, click Change Photo. Upload a photo that you want to appear on your homepage and printed materials like CMA 360 reports.

The Account Info section shows your roster information from FMLS.com

If you'd prefer to use a different contact email or phone number, you can click Edit Account Info on the right side of the section or click the link Add a preferred email and phone. Note that this will not overwrite your information back on FMLS.com or in other systems, it only offers alternative contact methods for use in Remine.

Display Preferences

Similarly, in the Display Preferences section you can make choices as to how your name, license, and other contact information will appear on the Remine homepage as well as your agent portal and all Remine generated PDFs. To do this, click Edit to the right of Display Preferences.

Impersonation

This setting allows you to grant a member of your office the ability to view and perform actions in your Remine Pro and Docs+ account. To add an impersonator, search for their name in the search bar below the Impersonation header. System rules prevent any users from outside of your office from being added as impersonators.

Impersonation access can be suspended at any time using the ON/OFF toggle or revoked entirely using the trash can icon.

Once an impersonator is added, they can access the other member’s account by selecting “Switch Account” from the menu that appears after clicking on your name at the bottom of the navigation panel.

Social Profile

Under the header of Social Profile you will be able to configure your personal Remine presence for use in interacting with clients through the system.

You can create a public Remine homepage to use as a landing page for your clients. You must create a URL for your public homepage before you can save searches or invite clients to Remine. When your client clicks your custom link, they'll see your homepage.

Use the Custom URL section to set the website address for your homepage. Note that this must be set up before clients will be able to interact with information you might send to them. This URL is permanent, and you won't be able to modify it later. Choose something recognizable that you can remember.

Your logo can be uploaded in the Logo section.

In the Background Image section, select one of the preset images, or click Add to upload your own.

In the Welcome Message section, you can type a message that will appear at the bottom of your homepage.

The following settings affect content on your homepage:

  • Profile picture - a picture of you that appears with your name on your homepage.
  • Custom URL - the link your clients will use to access Remine.
  • Logo - the logo that appears in the upper left corner of your homepage.
  • Background Image - the background image for your homepage, which will take up most of the screen.
  • Welcome Message - welcome text that appears at the bottom of your homepage.
  • Display Preferences - the contact information that appears on your homepage.

Click the Preview button at the right of the Social Profile section header to see what your agent portal will look like.

Social Media

You may choose to link other social media accounts to make it easy for your clients to keep in touch with you in the Social Media section.

Click Edit to the right of the section to add links to your profiles if you'd like.

When you are done, Click Save.

Listing Display Options

For the purposes of farming, you might find it easy to Hide Active Listings or Hide Recently Sold Listings by using the slider bars in the Listing Display Options section. If the slider bar is gray and the indicator is to the left, the filters are turned OFF so that those types of properties can be seen. To actively filter out those types of property, click the slider so the indicator will move to the right and it will appear blue.

Notifications

In the Notifications section you can choose to be notified if an agent or client is attempting to communicate through Remine.  You can also indicate your preferred frequency for updates to properties you've added to your cart. This can be set to Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Never.

Plan

The Plan section will show your current subscription/plan with Remine. Pro level is included with your FMLS membership.

Mobile

The Mobile section provides a link that you can send to your phone via text. The link will assist you in downloading the app and configuring a single-sign-on experience.
