Paragon Adding a New Listing
On the Paragon Home Page, click the Listings icon from the row of icons along the top of the page.
To input a new listing, select the appropriate Property Class from the list of options beneath ADD LISTING.
Residential | Suitable for all types of Residential properties being listed for sale. |
Residential Income | Residential properties for sale that are occupied by tenants. |
Land | Suitable for vacant land or Developed Lots with no improvement. |
Commercial Sale | Suitable for Commercial buildings being listed for sale. |
Residential Lease | Suitable for all types of Residential properties being listed for rent. |
Commercial Lease | Suitable for Commercial buildings being listed for rent. |
The Input Maintenance screen will open for your selected listing category. For assistance with inputting your listing information, see the Entering Listing Details article.
