To add or edit listing photos in Paragon, you must first be on the Input Maintenance screen for the listing.  

From the Paragon front page, click the Listings icon contained in the row of icons along the top of the screen. A menu will open below the icon. 

• If you are inputting a new listing, choose the appropriate listing category under the “ADD LISTING” header. 
• If you are accessing a previously created listing, , click “Listings” under the “MAINTAIN” header. 

The Input Maintenance screen begins on the “Maintain Listing” section by default. To access the Pictures section, click Add/Edit Pictures from the Input Maintenance menu along the left side of the screen. 

Uploading Pictures

• Listing images can be uploaded individually by double-clicking on an empty image box. The Upload Image window will open. 
• Click + Add Files near the bottom of the window. (Image requirements can be found below.) 
• Select the desired image from your device. It will be added to the file queue. 
• Click Start Upload near the bottom of the window. Your image will be uploaded and added to the listing. 

Uploading Multiple Photos

• In the Pictures controls above the image gallery, click Upload Multiple Photos. The Upload Images window opens. 
• Click + Add Files near the bottom of the window. (Image requirements can be found below.) 
• Select the desired image(s) from your device. It will be added to the file queue. 

• You can add more images to the queue by clicking + x files queued until you are satisfied with the images in the queue.  
• Selected files will be added to the image gallery from left to right in the order that they appear in the queue. You can re-arrange the order of the file queue by clicking and dragging the file names. Unwanted files can be removed from the queue using the red minus icon to the right of their row in the queue. 
• When you are ready, click Start Upload near the bottom of the window. The images will be uploaded and populate into the listing image gallery. 

Reorder and Delete Pictures

• By default, uploaded photos will appear on the listing in the order that they appear in the photo gallery. To re-arrange the order of the images, click and drag on any of the photo boxes and place it into a different spot in the gallery.  
• To delete a listing photo, click the checkbox in the upper right corner of its box in the photo gallery. (Multiple photos can be selected at once.) 
• Once you have selected the photo(s) you wish to delete, click the Delete button in the Pictures controls above the photo gallery. 

• A confirmation window opens confirming that you wish to permanently delete the selected photo(s). Click Delete Photo to confirm.
