Appointment Required Option
If a Broker or Listing Agent has chosen the Appointment Required option for their listings, you will be required to make an appointment date and time. Your request generates an email to the Listing Agent with your requested showing date/time. once the Listing Agent approves the showing request you will then be able to show the property.
- After clicking Schedule a Single Showing on a listing, you will be prompted with a calendar to choose a day and time.

- Click on the time in the calendar. Black indicates not available to show; gray indicates agent required notification time. In the example above, the earliest available appointment that can be confirmed is 11:00am. You may still schedule during the grayed out time, there is no guarantee that your showing appointment will be confirmed.

- Verify your appointment details and select Yes. The Showing Request Pending window appears. The red yield sign indicates that the request has not been confirmed.

- You receive an email stating the details of your Showing Appointment request. Again, the red yield sign indicates the appointment has not been confirmed.

- Upon appointment confirmation, you receive an email once the Listing Agent has viewed your request.
- Once the Listing Agent approves your showing request, you will receive an email confirmation with the appointment details.
After the Showing, you may receive a request for Feedback. See the Viewing and Managing Feedback page for more information.
