Courtesy Call or Go And Show Option

Courtesy Call or Go And Show Option

If a Broker or Listing Agent has chosen the Courtesy Call or Go and Show option for their listings, you will be required to pick an appointment date and time.  However, you will be granted automatic confirmation of any requested time that is available.  The boxes highlighted in black are restricted times the Listing Agent or Broker has set for that listing.

  1. After clicking Schedule a Single Showing on a listing, you are prompted with a calendar to choose a day and time.
  2. After selecting a time, a popup with the appointment details appears.
  3. Verify your appointment details and select Yes.
  4. You are prompted with the confirmation for your requested showing along with the showing instructions.  You will receive an email from ShowingTime confirming the Go & Show request you entered.
