Once a Showing Agent fills out a feedback form, it will automatically be sent to the email address provided in the Contact section of your Agent profile and the selected email in the Feedback Settings.
Below is an example of the feedback details you will receive:
If you click the Click to Manage Feedback button, a Feedback window opens.
You can choose to include or exclude this feedback in reports.
Enter an email address if you want to send to the homeowner directly.
You will get a confirmation box. Click OK.
View Feedback Directly From ShowingTime
You can also view feedback directly in ShowingTime.
1. From the ShowingTime Navigation Panel, click Feedback. The window opens showing the latest feedback.
2. Double-click on the listing to view feedback.
3. Select who you want to see this feedback by choosing from the drop down.
4. Click Save and Publish. A confirmation box appears.
5. Click OK.
6. To go farther back in time, click the Calendar icon.
7. Select the time period you want to use a custom time period. Click Search.
