Schedule A Tour In ShowingCart

ShowingCart allows the Showing Agent to add multiple listings to show on one day.  It allows you to arrange showings in the most convenient travel sequence, plot driving directions and appointment times from one listing to the next.  All showing requests in the cart can be requested from the listing agents all at one time.

  1. Select a listing* from the grid in Matrix and click the ShowingTime button.
  2. Click Add to ShowingCart or, to add to an existing tour use the drop-down box to select the existing tour you want to add to.
  3. Select Add to an Existing Tour or Create a New ShowingCart tour.
  4. Select a date for your tour from the pop-up calendar.  You can move to the next month by clicking the right arrow.
  5. In the Name field, enter a name for your tour.
  6. Click OK.  The listing from which you navigated is shown along with a letter pin "A" on the map showing its location.
  7. Click Return to Listings to return to Matrix.


*Remember, you can not schedule a showing on a listing that is in Coming Soon status.
