Running the Listing Activity Report
You can review the activity details of a listing by running a Listing Activity Report. This includes feedback from showings, open houses, and advertisements or other events, appointments and agent inquiries per week, price and status changes.
- In ShowingTime select Reports in the menu at left and choose Listing Activity Report in the main area.

- Select the line displaying the particular listing you wish to see. The Snapshot view of the listing, Feedback Responses and Listing Activity Details opens.

- To allow homeowners to view feedback responses select Publish within the Feedback Responses section or select Remove to delete the feedback responses.
Note: If you do not Publish the Feedback, the Homeowner Version will be blank. - On the left hand side the Control Panel has options for changing the display,viewing the Homeowner version, printing, emailing, and more.
Add an Activity
You may add a Showing activity (Agent Preview, Inspection, Appraisal, Open House, et cetera) that was not scheduled through ShowingTime to your report. This will only solicit feedback from the Showing Agent and appear on the Listing Activity Report.
- From the report control panel select Add Activity. The Add Activity window opens.

- Enter the information you need and click Save.
Price Changes
You can send a notification from the Listing Activity Report to notify agents who have shown your property of a Price Change.

- From the report control panel click Send Notification. The Send Agent Notification window opens.

- Select one of the options; the email addresses will fill the To; Field.
- Make any changes to the email Subject and Body if desired and click Send. The agent(s) receive an email similar to the one below:
